Can I cancel or change the date and time of my ticket?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your entry time. For some sessions the deadline has already passed at the time of purchase. The deadline for your session is shown during the booking process. We do not accept changes of date or time. If you would like a different session, please cancel and book again (the same session will not be held for you).

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Admission is by advance online booking only. Please buy your ticket on this website before you visit.

How can I pay?

We accept credit cards only. The brands you can use are shown on the payment screen.

Your visit

Where can I find the QR code for my ticket?

You can open it at any time from the link in the email we send when you buy. Please show that QR code at the entrance.

Where can I check my booking?

You can check it from the link in the email we send when you buy. If you cannot find the email, you can look up your booking with your booking number and email address.

I have not received the email about my booking.

Allow email from @yamaderagalleria.jp. If you use a mobile carrier address, it may be blocking our messages.

Is there a limit on how long I can stay?

You are booking an entry time. There is no limit on how long you may stay.

Inside the museum

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit. Visitors of primary school age and younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over, and pre-school children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Can I eat or drink inside?

Please do not eat or drink inside the exhibition rooms. Some ticket types include use of the cafe lounge.

Does the exhibition use flashing light or loud sound?

The exhibition includes darkness, flashing light, loud sound and moving images.
